Venice Italy Apartment, a company founded by the venetian young man Pietro Venchierutti, which core business is to give to our guest high standard level quality services in a selected number of beautiful apartments and Noble Floors. The selection of the properties in our managment is based on their great quality and features: central position, charming and elegant atmospher, canal view, and private balcony or terrace.
Venice Italy Apartments core business is working on top standard quality services offered to our guest. So, we decided to manage a restricted number of properties that measure up with our business phlosophy. Inside the webside (blog section) you will find a lot of reccomandations for restaurants, confectioneries, shops, artisans, and a lot of other informations which purpose is to let you enjoy an authentic venetia experience entering in touch with it’s millenaries traditions.
Venice Italy Apartment staff will be personally in touch with guest, happy to answer to all kind of questions can be useful to plan guest venetian stay and enjoyable experiences; our team is available 7/7 24h/24 to guarantee the maximum level of care to our guests’ . For us, personal relations with our guests’ is foundamental, starting from the answering to the info requests, during the check-ins / outs and duringall the stay as well.

Our properties can be booked up to 1.5 years in advance.
Our apartments can be booked on the respective apartment pages. You will be required to pay the total cost of the rent via bank transfer, credit card or Paypal.
Generally is two nights for the one and two bedroom flats, three days for large apartments and Noble floors.
The minimum stay is usually one night longer than the rest of the year in certain periods of the year like Biennale vernissages and Christmas Holydays.
The rental fee is all inclusive. We provide professional cleanings, linen and towels (big, medium and small). The only cost not included is the city tax (3-5 € per person per night for maximum 5 nights).
Check-ins are free from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. There is an extra fee of € 30 if the check in is started between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. and an extra fee of € 50 if it’s started from 10 p.m. to midnight. We don’t accepted check-ins after midnight if not previousy expressly agreed.
The risk deposit acts as security for all parties involved, the Holidaymaker, the Property Owner and Property manager.
The Security Deposit must be paid by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or in cash upon arrival before receiving the keys to the apartment during the check in. The Security Deposit will be refunded upon departure once an inspection of the apartment has been completed. The Security Deposit will not be debited on your card unless the apartment suffers any losses, damages or thefts during your stay.
100% refound upon 30 days before the arrival date and 50% upon 15 days before the arrival date.
Check-in time is normally between 3 p.m. 8 p.m. If its possible, we are happy to let check you in earlier but this must be agreed before the arrival.
Check-out time is normally at 10 a.m., we are happy to suit to your schedules and plan a check out at different time. If you need to leave the apartment very early in the morning, usually the check out is done the evening before.
Depending on how do you get in Venice (by car, train or plane) we will give you the information to reach a meeting point if you decide to take public transportation, otherwise we can arrange a private water taxi transfers for you that will take you directly to apartment.
All our apartments feature wi-fi internet, air conditioning, at least one bathroom and a kitchen, which is fully equipped with a range of utensils, crockery and appliances such as a fridge, oven, fires, microwave a dishwasher. Usually you’ll also find the basic ingredients for cooking such as salt, sugar, pepper and oil as well as dish washing liquid and tabs for the dishwasher, sponges and garbage bags. Our bathrooms are fitted with toilet paper and soap. The kitchen are fully furshed of pots, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, table cloths, ecc.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside all the apartments. It is however allowed to smoke on terraces and balconies.
